As shown in Figure 21-1, the Maximum Frequency vs. V CC curve is linear between 1.8V < VCC < 4.5V. Figure 21-1. Maximum Frequency vs. V CC 21.4 Clock Characterizations 21.4.1 Calibrated Internal Oscillator Accuracy It is possible to manually calibrate the internal oscillator to be more accurate than default factory calibration. Please note that the oscillator frequency depends on temperature and voltage. Volt- age and temperature characteristics can be found in TBD. Notes: 1.
