Flash Memory Version Rev.2.10 Jan 19, 2006 Page 216 of 253 REJ09B0164-0210 18.6 Parallel I/O Mode Parallel I/O mode is used to input and output the required software command, address and data parallel to controls (read, program and erase) for internal flash memory. Use a parallel programmer which supports this microcomputer. Contact the manufacturer of your parallel programmer about the parallel programmer and refer to the user’s manual of your parallel programmer for details on how to use it. User ROM area can be rewritten shown in Figures 18.1 and 18.2 in parallel I/O mode. 18.6.1 ROM Code Protect Function The ROM code protect function disables to read and rewrite the flash memory. (Refer to the 18.3 Functions To Prevent Flash Memory from Rewriting .) |
