Note, when the TALP Multipurpose Port Peak Cell Rate register is being modified,

the CIN_PR_EN bit located in the TALP Control register, should be set to zero.

CINPR_CNT[7:0]:

CINPR_CNT[7:0] specifies the Multipurpose Port peak cell rate.

CINPR_CNT[7:0] is the roll over value of the Multipurpose Port peak cell rate

counter which is clocked using a prescaled version of SYSCLK. Prescaling is

controlled using the CIN_PS[2:0] field. Below is an example for transmission at

the peak cell rates of 64 Kbps and 10 Mbit/s given a 33 MHz SYSCLK.
