It is used to read the 1588 Clock following the setting of the Clock Read (1588_CLOCK_READ) bit in the 1588 Command and Control Register (1588_CMD_CTL) and to directly change the 1588 Clock when the Clock Load (1588_CLOCK_LOAD) bit is set. Note: The value read is the saved value of the 1588 Clock when the Clock Read (1588_CLOCK_READ) bit in the 1588 Command and Control Register (1588_CMD_CTL) is set.
