General Description

TheseriesofdevicesareFlashMemoryA/Dtype8-bithighperformanceRISCarchitecture

microcontrolls.OfferinguserstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,these

devicesalsoincludesawiderangeoffunctionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludeanareaofRAM

DataMemory.

Analogfeaturesincludeanintegratedmulti-channelhigh-speedAnalogtoDigitalConverter,dual

OperationalAmplifiers,SwitchCapacitorFilterwithGaincontrolandoneinternal5.0VShunt

Regulatorforvoltageregulator,communicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredforbyincluding

fullyintegratedBusControlUnit(BCU)interface,whichprovidedesignerswithameansoffast

andeasycommunicationwithexternalperipheralhardwarebyLinBuslikedatacommunication.

ProtectivefeaturessuchasaninternalWatchdogTimerandLowVoltageResetcoupledwith

excellentnoiseimmunityandESDprotectionensurethatreliableoperationismaintainedinhostile

electricalenvironments.

AfullchoiceofHIRCandLIRCoscillatorfunctionsareprovidedincludingafullyintegrated

systemoscillatorwhichrequiresnoexternalcomponentsforitsimplementation.TheusualHoltek

MCUfeaturessuchaspowerdownandwake-upfunctions,oscillatoroptions,etc.combinetoensure

userapplicationsrequireaminimumofexternalcomponents.
