The boot mode states (1) to (9) refer to the sequence of (1) to (9) in Figure 3.2 to Figure 3.5. (5) (8) (2)*2 ALL_OFF AWO_DDR_RETENTION (4)*3 (6) ALL_ON (Enable to run all units) (1)*1 (3) (9) (7) AWO (Enable to run some units) Note 1. CM33 cold boot sequence. Note 2. CM33 operates the system managements. Note 3.
