12.14. Configuration Information Bits
The configuration information bits are used to set the various programmable parameters
in the SSTM:
CI_l[0]
Should be set to LO.
CI_l[3:2]
PLSL. Sets the width of the ESD window. CI_l[2] is LSB, CI_l[3] is
MSB. See Application Section.
CI_l[4]
CNTLR. Sets the width of the “Central Region”. (NOTE: CNTLR size
must be
PLSL size).See Application Section.
