119 / 389 page  Instruction Descriptions 7-19 Assembly Language Instructions - The instruction specifies an increment of 1 for the contents of the current auxiliary register (*+); therefore, after the addition is performed, the con- tent of AR4 is incremented to 0303h. - The instruction also specifies that AR0 is the next auxiliary register; there- fore, after the instruction ARP = 0. - Because no carry is generated during the addition, the carry bit (C) is cleared to 0. 7.3 Instruction Descriptions This section contains detailed information on the instruction set for the ’C240. A summary of the instruction set is shown in Section 7.1 on page 7-2.
